When visiting our website, Amoud does not collect any information unless the donor provides it to us willingly. We do not require you to create an account with us to view the projects on our website. Personal information such as name, address, email address, phone number, etc… are gathered for internal purposes only when the donor submits it. Contact lists are not sold or given away to any third party.
We will only share personally identifiable information with third party when:
a) We are required to by law.
b) The individual submitting the information authorizes us to share it;
c) Sharing the info is a necessary operation of the site, for example, to process a credit card donation online

Amoud Foundation does not automatically collect personal data when an individual enters and uses our website. However, if a person makes a donation online, personal information will be collected in order to process that donation.
Amoud Foundation is the sovereign owner of any information collected on this site. We do not sell nor market personal information about its website users. Amoud has a strict policy of not selling, trading, nor giving away any donor information. In addition, it will not share any donor mailing addresses with other organizations nor marketing companies.
We will only share personal info if the individual has released it and given Amoud expressed permission to use it.
The personal information you provide us when giving a credit card contribution—such as your name, postal address, e-mail address, contact information, credit card information or other information—will be kept strictly confidential. It is also used to support donor relationship with Amoud Foundation; i.e., to update donors on project status and other organization news.

Amoud cares about the information of its donors, and we take every precaution to protect donor personal information and credit card numbers.
Donations made on our website are secure to the fullest extent possible. Amoud Foundation uses PayPal to process card donations. Users are asked to provide his/her name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information to process the transaction. PayPal uses the industry's most secure data encryption technologies and physically secure servers that aren't connected directly to the Internet to secure the integrity of data.
How You Can Access or Correct Your Information
If you would like to request access to review, update or change the information you have supplied in any way, feel free to contact Amoud Foundation at any time. You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that shows the error. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take steps to verify your identity before providing information or making corrections.
Amoud Foundation gives the donor the opportunity to opt-out of receiving additional information from us at any time. If you do not wish to receive mailings and/or e-mails from us, you can request removal by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with “unsubscribe from mailing list” in the subject line, or by unsubscribing directly from an e-mail you receive from us (you can find the “unsubscribe from this list” option in the footer of the email). You can also request to be removed from our mailing or email lists by calling 972-871-8297.
SEASONAL MAILING CAMPAIGNS
Donors to Amoud Foundation who provide their address normally receive mail during the month of Ramadan or at other times. If an individual does not wish to receive such mailings from Amoud Foundation, he/she can contact us at any time to request removal.
Generally, donors to Amoud projects will automatically be placed on our email list. If an individual does not wish to receive e-mails form Amoud, he/she can contact our office or unsubscribe from the newsletter. As stated earlier, email lists are kept strictly confidential and are not sold to marketing companies.
Amoud Foundation supports anti-spam practices in its e-mail newsletters. All e-newsletters sent on our list have easy-to-follow unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each e-mail, and lists are never shared with any third parties.
This website has links to other websites whose privacy policies may differ from ours. These links are provided for users’ convenience. We will not pass your information along to the linked site.
