Amoud Foundation assistance to Dr. Hawo's Hospital, Afgoi
It has become increasingly difficult for
relief agencies to reach the victims of the war in somalia. Amoud Foundation has been
fortunate to collaborate with Dr. Hawo Abdi and her staff in Afgoi to
deliver much-needed medical and relief supplies. Dr.
Hawo, her daughter, Dr. Amina Adan, and their staff run a hospital for
the needy in Afgoi where they have been caring for thousands of people who
have taken refuge in and around the hospital and the surrounding areas.
Amoud Foundation continues to raise funds
for the people of Afgoi. We urge people to actively participate in
this noble humanitarian cause. Amoud Foundation honors the wishes of its
donors by using each donation only for the purpose for which it has been
designated by the donor.
